Marshall County, in conjunction with the Marshall County Crossroads organization, will be launching an Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Project the first of next year. This project is made possible by grant funding set aside by the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority.
This project will provide grant assistance to low-to-moderate income homeowners within Marshall County. For those that receive assistance, the funds will be used to make necessary repairs to their homes. Repairs include, but are not limited to; furnace replacements, electrical and plumbing upgrades and roof re-shingling.
The meeting will take place at Argos Town Hall, 201 Walnut Street, Argos, from 3-6pm.
