Marshall County Food Council Re-Launch

Registration is closed for this event

The Marshall County Food Council is a collection of area farmers, educators, school food system administrators, conservationists, nutritionists, Farmers’ Market directors and vendors, food pantry directors, hunger advocates, health care workers, and engaged individuals who care deeply about the sustainability and safety of the Marshall County food system. The mission of the Food Council is to promote and preserve access to a local, sustainable, and safe food and agricultural system to enhance the health of the community.

To help prepare for the Food Council meeting, please take 5 minutes and take this survey as we gauge interests and needs and what focus areas make the most sense: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd9B4mr-h92mlH609ItHK_R6Go72j4lTRAw6e1L--veLL02MA/viewform.

During the meeting, we will go over the survey results and have plenty of time for discussion and networking. We will also enjoy a building tour of the Moontree Studios, the Ancilla Beef & Grain Farm, greenhouses, plans for a food forest, and more! Refreshments and locally-raised food samples to follow.
